M6BYN HI Welcome to my ham radio site In April 2012 I passed the first stage of the ham radio licence for the UK. I am licensed to use most bands but I am limited to only 10Watts output With only 10watts you can still get a fair distance you just have to be patient and wait for the big guns to finish having there fun, or like me figure out what time your target group comes onto the band. I use a FT-950 with a half size g5rv attached to the side wall its not the best set-up by far but its got me started.
